William Barr DOJ Condones Double Standards Justice
‘Guilty’: Trump DOJ Trying To Reverse Key Mueller Conviction
Attorney General Bill Barr’s Department of Justice is seeking to drop charges against former President Donald Trump’s first national security adviser, Michael Flynn despite his guilty plea.
Federal Prosecutor Glenn Kirschner discusses the case… how Flynn lied to the FBI knowingly, intelligently and voluntarily… how he pled guilty in court and told Judge Sullivan he had no defense. When Trump fired Flynn, the reason he gave to the public at the time was for lying to the FBI and VP Pence.
Attorney General Bill Barr’s Department of Justice showed preferential treatment to a political crony of President Trump by seeking to drop charges against his former national security adviser, Michael Flynn. It’s clear Bill Barr was carrying out Trump’s wishes to drop charges because of the numerous times Trump wined about how unfairly he felt Flynn was being treated.
Attorney General Bill Barr’s established a precedent and standard of Justice at the DOJ by dropping charges against a friend of the President. He proved he condones putting certain people “above the law” and that he is running two (2) Justices Systems; one for the Rich, Powerful and well connected from his Party, and another for everyone else.
Every American is supposed to receive “equal justice under the law”. Anyone who is facing Federal Charges should demand their case be dismissed on the grounds that they should receive the same treatment that (friend of Trump’s) Michael Flynn received.
Failure for the court and Federal Prosecutors to do so will prove in court that Attorney General Bill Barr is giving “certain people” preferential treatment, violating American’s civil rights.
