IMO, Judge Bruce E. Schroeder should be removed as Judge for ruling that the men shot by Kyle Rittenhouse can be called ‘rioters’ and ‘looters’ but not ‘victims’.

Judge Schroeder’s ruling that those who were shot & killed can be TRASHED and DEMONIZED using terms such as ‘rioters’ and ‘looters’ but not ‘victims’ makes it seem that they deserved to be shot & killed. With that type of language being used, Judge Schroeder is blatantly running a Kangaroo Court where a Not Guilty verdict is almost all but assured.

Rittenhouse has every right to a fair and impartial trial.  We’re supposed to have impartial justice, where the defendant and decedents are treated fairly and impartially. Judge Schroeder has acted more like he’s part of the Defense team rather than a impartial juror.

Why might a judge be going easy on Kyle Rittenhouse?

I was in England during the 2016 US election. While the most frequent question my British friends asked me was, “Donald Trump? Really?”, a close second was, “Why is your ballot so bloody long?” And it’s true, Americans vote for a lot of offices – county assessor, school board, who runs the water department – that most countries do not elect, for good reason.

The writer of the above article theorizes politics may have something to do with Judge Schroeder’s decision.

IMO, Schroeder has proven he’s unfit to be a Judge and should be PERMANENTLY removed from the bench. This is Judicial Malpractice
